Mr Hoh

I am the parent of Hoh J'Ken who is studying at Waterway Primary School and my son is in the first year. I must say being a parent who doesn't follow the footsteps of many ‘kiasu’ parents who either do volunteer work, join certain clans or move to a place that is within one km of the choice school, we were initially quite skeptical about sending our son to a newly set-up school.

As we had just moved to Punggol, there were many other more established schools that we could choose from but after doing some research and even going to the school to take a look at the environment, we liked what we saw and decided to give this new school a try.

What we like about this school are the distinctive programmes like Chinese Language Enrichment course through "Di Zi Gui", Robotics and Orators.

After 2 months of experiencing the way the school operates and how the teachers conduct their classes, I have nothing but praises. The commitment and patience shown by the teachers towards my son’s transition to primary school life was commendable. Therefore, we just want to share our appreciation by writing this email to you. Hopefully all new schools can follow the example set by Waterway Primary. We are glad that we have chosen this school even though it is merely two months since my son started his formal school life.   H
ope this school can keep up the good work! Thank you.
